8 – 9th Day: Six Sigma Green Belt

  • Types of Quality tools and explanation about Six Sigma metrics used throughout the DMAIC process.
  • A Powerful Combination Lean & Six Sigma to create Lean Six Sigma.

10 – 12th Day: Building Information Modeling (BIM) incl. Data analysis
